For an entry to be added
to the BibTeX data base all the required fields have to be entered and
certain format rules need to be followed. We check the following items:

the key needs to follow the
given format, for example Gander:2000:OSM. No blanks or
backslash (like \'e) are allowed

names need to be separated by
the word 'and' and not by a comma

first names should not
be abreviated. A good way to find the full name is to use
google. If you really can not find the full first name, then use correctly abreviated forms of the first name, including the '.'
