Adding a Techreport Reference
Techreports are reports published by a university or research institution, usually numbered within a series.

Example for a techreport entry:

Author(s): Yves Achdou and Yvon Maday and Olof B. Widlund
Title: Iterative Substructuring Preconditioners for the Mortar Finite Element Method in Two Dimensions
Institution: Department of Computer Science, Courant Institute
Year: 1996
Key: Achdou:1996:ISP
Note: In preparation

Remember to separate the names of the authors by 'and', as in Petter Bjorstad and Jeremy Cook and do not abbreviate first names.
Title:
Institution:
Year:
You generate the Key by taking the first author's last name, a colon, the year from the year field, a colon, and the first letters of the three first main words in the title.
