Registration Fees for all full fee participants include:

Participation in all scientific sessions; program and abstracts; lunches,1/2 day excursion, conference evening reception

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Cancellation received by December 17, 2007 - full refund less US$ 40 handling fee.
Cancellation received thereafter - no refund.

Hotel Accommodation

Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism Ltd., is the official travel agent for DD18 and will offer tourist services at specially-reduced rates for conference participants.
Services will include hotel accommodation in Jerusalem during the conference, pre/post conference hotel accommodation, tours, car rentals, etc.

Diesenhaus-Unitours has secured a block of rooms, making it possible to offer the following reduced rates to conference participants. In order to obtain these rates, reservations, payments and notification of changes must be made directly with Diesenhaus-Unitours and not through the hotels.

Rates are per night, per room, on bed and breakfast basis.

To ensure availability and benefit from the special rates, reservations should be made as quickly as possible. Hotel reservations should be made on the Registration and Accommodation Form, accompanied by full payment.

Reservations will only be confirmed if payment is made as listed above

Official check-in time at hotels:

Renaissance Hotel Jerusalem (Royal Wing):
Check-in15:00 hours; check-out 11:00 hours.

Park Plaza Hotel Jerusalem:
Sunday – Friday: Check-in 14:00 hours; check-out 12:00 hours.
Saturday: Check-in 18:00 hours; check-out 12:00 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: early check-in on Saturday is subject to hotel's availability.

Sharing room with another participant

Please indicate on the Registration and Accommodation Form if you are sharing a room with another participant or wish the secretariat to try to find you a partner. If a partner cannot be found, the participant will be charged for a single room.

Hotel Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. Refund for hotel reservations will be made as follows:
Cancellations received by December 25, 2007 - full refund less US$30 handling fee.
Cancellations received after December 26, 2007 - full refund less one nights' accommodation
at each hotel (as applicable).

Airport Transfer update (December 19, 2007)

Airport transfer can be provided to your hotel in Jerusalem at the additional cost of US$ 29 per person. A waiting time of up to one hour should be taken into consideration. Participants will be met inside the arrival hall before going through custom. In case you have not been met, please approach the Tourism Desk in the arrival hall and ask for the Diesenhaus-Unitours representative. This service should be reserved on the Registration & Accommodation Form.
Please note that all taxi transfers booked before December 19, 2007 will be charge US$ 29 per person per transfer.
